Christ Community Church of Laguna Hills is fortunate to have an excellent staff of ministry directors who have proven themselves faithful to Jesus Christ and committed to the CCCLH community. As directors, these dedicated men and women are responsible for the oversight of their given area, under the supervision of the pastoral staff.

Garret Nagle

Director of Young Adult Ministries

Garret grew up in the church and is currently serving as our pastoral intern while he attends Talbot School of Theology.  Garret and his wife Karyn live in Ladera Ranch with their dog Calvin.

Mike Horist
Director of Men's Ministries

Mike has been at Christ Community Church for about four years and joined the staff during the summer 08. He and his wife Mina live in Laguna Niguel.

Cathi Tague
Director of Women's Ministries

Cathi has been actively involved at the church for over 30 years. She and her husband Dave have 3 daughters, Amber, Shannon, and Nicole, and 3 grandchildren. Cathi has always enjoyed ministering to women of all ages.

Paul Rademaker

Director of Senior Ministries

Paul and his wife Kathy have been at Christ Community Church since 1999. They have five children: four daughters and one son. Paul has been involved in Bible Study Fellowship having served as both an adult and children's leader, since 1992. Over the last three years, Paul and Kathy have served as leaders in the churches' Crown Ministries.

Shannon Craycraft
Nursery & Early Childhood Sunday School Director

Shannon has been attending the church since 2000. She and her husband Greg have three children: Natalie, and Emily, and Ian. Shannon has been involved with the Sunday School program for several years and enjoys nurturing the little babies in our nursery.

Tavia Reyes
Early Childhood Sunday School Director

Tavia and her husband, Carlos, have been attending the church since 1998. They have 4 children Colby, Kaleb, Amanda, and Abigail. They love working with the children in the children's ministry and have done so since they began attending here. Tavia grew up helping in nursery and Sunday School and loves being with the little ones.

Rachel Kolster
Elementary Sunday School Director

Rachel and her husband Michael have been attending the church since June 2003. They live in Ladera Ranch with their two children, Ellie and Noah. Rachel looks forward to serving the elementary aged kids with the talents God has given her in administration and event planning.
